TERMS / POLICIES / CONDITIONS

Since some Classes & Workshops fill quickly, it is advisable to sign up as early as possible. In order to reserve a space in any event, Sally requires full payment or the deposit amounts detailed in each Workshop, Event or Program announcement.

REGISTRATION POLICIES:

Please note payment is expected at the time of event.  For Group Programs and Workshops / Events where the number of participants is limited, advance reservation and payment is required to reserve your spot, with first-come, first-serve basis.  A deposit holds your spot, with full payment required 1 week prior to event unless stated otherwise.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

In order to provide the best service to all, please note that at least 24 hours minimum notice is requested for a private Nourish Ur Life appointment cancellation or re-schedule. Please understand these times are booked in advance and a $25 fee is incurred if a minimum of 24 hours is not given. Sally understands occasional circumstances or emergencies arise and will provide mutual cooperation the best she can.   

If Sally cancels a Workshop / Event

Sally reserves the right to cancel any class / event / workshop / group program at any time. If the event itself must be cancelled, all money will be refunded.  You may also opt to transfer into another workshop or event taking place in the same one-year time period as the canceled program, subject to availability.

IN PERSON CHECK-IN:

Plan to arrive 10 minutes ahead of our scheduled event, planning accordingly in inclement weather so you can get settled and relax more easily. This is especially important for Group Events and Workshops so that everyone can say hello, check-in and get settled in a timely manner.
