Please note seating is limited.  Sign-up will be on a first-come, first-served basis.  NOTE: When classes sell out you may email Sally to be placed on her waiting list. She will contact you a day before the class if a spot opens.

I admittedly used to be completely intimidated in my kitchen and cooked up a very limited menu of pasta and more pasta. Once I learned a few simple strategies and recipes, my palette of recipes grew and I began to enjoy the process of experimenting and creating all kinds of foods that nourished me and my family.
