Imagined Beyonds highlights the elegance of creative presence: Shelley demonstrates this through the meticulous portrayal of an immortalized bouquet of freshly cut flowers, while Eisenberg embodies this through her bursts of color that are created in moments of spontaneity and inspiration. Both artists test the boundaries of familiarity and objectivity, and the audience is asked to question the objects’ embodiment as they appear.

Sally K. Eisenberg is the current featured artist in the Academy House Condominium’s lobby, in Center City Philadelphia.
